In the morning hours of July 20th, 2025, The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office received a report of injuries to a juvenile in Silverton Township. Deputies from Pennington County and Officers from the Thief Rivers Falls Police Department responded to the rural residence. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect, Edwina Marie Stoutenburgh, age 34 was arrested for Attempted 2nd degree Murder and 2nd Degree Assault. Investigation to continue.
